An easy-to-learn, clinically tested cryopreservation system using a base medium of global w/ HEPES. For best results use with Universal GPS Dishes.

- No small non-sealable devices
- Regular straws
- Closed sealable system, no direct contact with LN2
- Three-step fast freeze, using glycerol & ethylene glycol as cryoprotectants
- Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture
F1 = Fast Freeze Solution 1
F2 = Fast Freeze Solution 2
F3 = Fast Freeze Solution 3
F3R = F3 for rinsing the straw
F3L = F3 for loading the straw
Times indicate the time of exposure in each drop.
Thawing kit:
Five-step gradual rehydration through reducing concentrations of sucrose
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture
T1 = Thawing Solution 1
T2 = Thawing Solution 2
T3 = Thawing Solution 3
T4 = Thawing Solution 4
T5 = Thawing Solution 5
Times indicate the time of exposure in each drop.
T1R = T1 for recovery of the blastocyst from the freezing straw.
T1X = Extra T1 for rinsing the freezing straw, if required.
