Description
Assisted hatching micropipettes are used to direct acidic solution (acidified Tyrodes) onto the zona pellucida to thin the zona or create a hole to enable the embryo to hatch.
Zona dissection micropipettes are used to mechanically cut an opening in the zona pellucida of an oocyte or embryo to enable assisted hatching and biopsy.
Micromanipulation pipettes for a variety of other uses in research are also available from our extensive range. Please contact your local representative for more information.
