Stimulates motility and supports sperm viability throughout the sperm preparation process.
Sperm Preparation Medium is bicarbonate buffered and is for washing of spermatozoa and isolation of motile viable spermatozoa by the swim-up method.
Sperm Preparation Medium has a high bicarbonate concentration mimicking in vivo conditions to stimulate high motility and support capacitation.
Contains SSR® with insulin that is shown to be a pro-survival factor for sperm.
